3.2 Each player is permitted to hold only one Account. Holding multiple Accounts is considered a Restricted Activity and may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all Account balances.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time verification codes. You agree to notify jitu96 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.
3.4 jitu96 will never contact you requesting your password. Any communication purporting to be from jitu96 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent.
3.5 jitu96 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account without prior notice if the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
4.1 Before processing any withdrawal, jitu96 requires players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This is a legal and regulatory requirement designed to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling.

5.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, although large deposits may be subject to additional KYC review.
5.3 Deposits are credited to your Account in real time upon confirmation of receipt. jitu96 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
5.4 All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in Account suspension and return of funds.
5.5 jitu96 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that appears to be connected to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.
6.1 Withdrawal requests are available only to players who have completed KYC verification. Unverified Accounts may deposit and play but may not withdraw funds.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by Account tier and are displayed in your Account settings.
6.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent deposit, to prevent money-laundering and ensure funds return to their verified source.

6.5 These times are indicative. During weekends, Indonesian public holidays, or after 22:00 WIB, your bank's own settlement window may add additional time before funds appear in your account. jitu96 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party banking infrastructure.
6.6 jitu96 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges levied by the receiving bank or e-wallet are outside jitu96's control and are borne by the player.
6.7 Withdrawal requests may be delayed or withheld if jitu96's compliance team identifies unusual transaction patterns, pending KYC requirements, open bonus wagering conditions, or a potential breach of these Terms.
7.1 jitu96 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. The specific terms of each promotion are published on the jitu96 promotions page and form part of these Terms by reference.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30 times (30×) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 500.000 bonus requires Rp 15.000.000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
7.3 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games typically contribute 10–20%; scratch cards and certain instant-win games may contribute 0%. Specific contribution rates are listed in the individual promotion terms.
7.4 Bonus funds are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value until all wagering conditions are fully satisfied.

8.2 jitu96 offers casino games, live dealer games, sports betting (including football betting known as bandar bola), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), slots (including slot gacor high-RTP games), and other gaming products. Each game category may have specific rules displayed within the game interface or help section.
8.3 Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games use physical equipment (cards, dice, wheels) operated by professional dealers under continuous video surveillance.
8.4 In the event of a dispute regarding game outcome, jitu96's transaction logs and game server records are considered definitive. Players may request copies of relevant transaction logs by contacting support.

10.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jitu96 platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
10.2 Any player found engaging in Restricted Activities will have their Account immediately suspended pending investigation. jitu96 reserves the right to void bets, confiscate winnings and bonus funds, close the Account permanently, and report suspected criminal activity to relevant authorities.

11.3 jitu96's total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of deposits made by you to your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 jitu96 is not responsible for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, server downtime, natural disasters, government actions, or acts of war.
11.5 jitu96 is not liable for delays or failures by third-party payment processors (banks, e-wallets) in processing deposits or withdrawals. While we make every effort to ensure fast processing, final settlement is outside our control.
12.1 All content on the jitu96 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software code, and database compilations, is the property of jitu96 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws.
12.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jitu96 content without express written permission.

14.1 jitu96 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the platform homepage at least 7 days before the new Terms take effect.
14.2 Continued use of the jitu96 platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 15.

15.1 You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Before closure, you must withdraw your full Account balance (excluding any unreleased bonus funds). Accounts with a zero balance may be closed immediately.
15.2 jitu96 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in Restricted Activities, or if continuation of the Account relationship poses regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
15.3 Upon termination, you forfeit all unreleased bonus funds and any pending wagering requirements. Real-money balances (excluding winnings from voided bets) will be returned to you subject to completion of all outstanding KYC and compliance checks.
15.4 Accounts that remain inactive (no login) for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 per month, deducted from the Account balance. jitu96 will notify you by email before applying such fees.
16.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which jitu96 is licensed to operate.

16.3 If informal negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules.
